At SWD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your SWD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Drop Off the Package

Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
